As a family of 4, we recently stayed at Pickalbatros Aqua Blue hotel. We booked a family room which contains 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Our experience has been a very positive one. The hotel is very clean and perfect for anyone looking to visit Hurghada. The location is very close to the airport which was convenient to get to. It is also close to other amenities such as the shopping mall, beach, marina etc. The hotel had 3 buffet restaurants and 1 a’la carte restaurant which offered local and international cuisines. We booked the a’la carte restaurant for our daughters birthday and we were received a beautiful surprise from the waiters who sang a birthday song and gave a cake to her. The swimming pools were heated which allowed us to enjoy and make use of. Wifi signal and speed was great in anywhere inside the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay very special and went out of their way to make us happy, particularly staff members Hossam in reception, Nader in housekeeping, Mustafa the restaurant manager who was always ready to help us. All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Hurghada. We will book the hotel again if we plan to holiday in Hurghada Insha Allah.

Really happy that we chose to stay here. my 6 yrs child, thanks to Khaled from the recipient who helped us on the check-in and made it smooth the aqua park is wonderful so many slides for the children and adults too the staff in the aqua park very nice and always looking for your children in case of danger, the aqua park closes at 6 pm so you don't need to fight with your kids to get out of the water to go for dinner The food in the restaurants is very good and there are lots of variety there are 3 big restaurants that you can choose from, there are some options for vegetarians, vegan and low carb Credit to Chief sameh and soltan from Ali bi And Chief Ali and abd elsalam from Mediterranean restaurant At the pool you can get all drinks too thanks to Waiter Mahmoud Mohamed who was making amazing cocktails The kids club was very good we dropped our daughter and she was happy with many activities thanks to Sasha The gym has fantastic good equipment and Mahmoud the gym manager is very friendly and knows what he does The room was always clean thanks to Mohammed the house keeping The atmosphere in the night is relaxing you can just sit down anywhere and you can get drinks and enjoy We were so happy and we will definitely visit again

The whole experience was very pleasant and wonderful. All staff will try their best to make sure you have a comfortable stay. We received best customer services at reception from “Mohamed Karawia” during the check in process and by “Eid Michael” during the checkout process. Plenty of quality food options available including diet and veg. I must mention Mr.Ravi/Ravinder, great chef who cooked delicious Asian food everyday with an amazing taste. An authentic pure Indian / Pakistani food taste. Our room was spacious and clean. A big thank you to “Orman” – who used to make-up beds daily and leaving surprise animals made up of towels for my daughter. Enjoyed nice option of soft drinks and mocktails, though cocktails & alcoholic options were there. A special thanks to Mr.Osama (at Tandoori bar) and Mr.Ali (outdoor kids aqua park bar) for excellent customer services. The aqua park for kids, swimming pools were clean and life guards were always present to maintain cleanliness in the pools / aqua parks and to attend any emergency.

- Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff all over the place, from reception to the bars, to the restaurants and even the cleaning staff - The beds are very comfortable - Huge variete of foods and drinks in the buffet restaurants, none of them gave us the infamous travelsickness - The à la carte restaurants are very very good - I never felt pressured or obliged to give tips, and also no one tried to sell me tours or anything, that was very pleasant - The WiFi in the entire hotel, including our room was very good - stable and fast enough, no matter where in the hotel I tried it - Everything was always kept very clean, cleaning staff did an amazin job even though the hotel guests create the worst messes sometimes
